Who we are
Agri Netting SA (Pty) Ltd, Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Our Information Officer is our director, Kalahari Hattingh: admin@agnetting.co.za.
What this website collects
Very little. This website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site safe and working.
- Fonts. The text fonts load from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when it sends them.
When you contact us
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. When you message, call or email us, we receive your name, number or email address, and what you tell us about your farm and your project.
WhatsApp is run by Meta. Its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
How we use it
- To answer you, visit the site and give you a quote.
- To plan, build and maintain your net structure.
- To send invoices and keep the records the law asks us to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for. We share it only with people who help us do the work, such as our regional teams and suppliers, and only what they need.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the work, or as long as the law tells us to keep it (for example, tax records). Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time:
- what personal information we have about you;
- to correct it, or to delete it;
- to stop using it.
